We present a program synthesis tool OCPet for OCaml, targeted at beginners learning the language. It is transplanted from SyPet, a component-based and test-based Java-program synthesizer that employs a type-directed approach, which is only able to generate straight-line programs. On top of that, our synthesizer is extended to include pattern matching and recursive structure in code.
